RETROFITTING &
MODERNISATION PROJECT
Constrained by the existing building design, our objective was to leverage the foundation and introduce understated yet impactful elements to the facades. With regards to the interior design approach, we sought to preserve a minimalist aesthetic. Cool and natural shades were predominantly used as the primary colour palette, with hints of warm shades incorporated into the furnishings and decor for a balanced ambiance.
