This building on Arzell street in Marsascala draws inspiration from the
Mediterranean Sea and it's neighboring Marsaskala classic architecture. Its façade blends traditional and modern elements for a timeless and unique look.

REDEFINED DESIGN
This project is designed to endure the test of time and inspire neighbouring properties. For the exterior, we opted for classic, natural materials such as wood ceilings and white ceramic cladding for the façade. However, we redefined the classical look by incorporating a modern touch. The internal balconies feature lush fauna walls, and the large windows allow natural sunlight to flood the units, creating a seamless design flow.
Inside, we continued the theme of natural colours and Mediterranean design, complemented by vibrant furniture and décor that light up the space. The result is a harmonious blend of timeless elements and contemporary style that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This project is a testament to our commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
